F.A.Q.s To save you some time, here are the answers to some of the most common questions: If you are taking a
digital photo for your greeting card, the .jpg file format is just fine.
Set your camera to its highest resolution setting. If your camera offers
quality options, use the highest quality/largest file size/lowest compression
setting. Most pictures will be
cropped to standard 4x6 proportions.
In other words, the longest size will be 1.5 times as long as the shorter
side. Premium folding cards
are cropped to 5x7 proportions so the longest size will be about 1.4 times as long as the shorter
side. If you enjoy
manipulating images with programs like PhotoShop, you're welcome to play with
your image before sending it. However, unless you have a color-calibrated
monitor it's better if we touch up the resolution, color and density here at The Photo
Express. If you cannot recall the name of the design you wanted, these links will open a new window filled with designs.
Unless otherwise requested your order will be shipped Priority mail with a confirmation receipt. Priority mail will ship to PO boxes, FPO and APO addresses as well as street addresses.
